Bstocks Surges to $1B AUM in 30 Days as Anchorage Boosts Binance Tokenized Stocks Network

Key Points

  • Binance’s Bstocks surpassed $1B AUM in 30 days, signaling rapid tokenized equity growth.
  • Anchorage Digital joined Binance’s Triparty network, expanding institutional custody and collateral options.

Binance’s tokenized equity platform Bstocks, launched on June 1, 2026, exceeded $1 billion in assets under management within its first month.

The platform recorded $3 billion in cumulative trading volume and averaged $42 million in daily inflows during the same period.

On June 30, Binance also announced that Anchorage Digital joined its Triparty Banking network.

The move marks the first integration of Anchorage’s Atlas institutional settlement platform with a crypto exchange.

Bstocks Growth and Tokenized Equity Structure

Bstocks offers eligible non-US users access to more than 7,000 US-listed stocks and ETFs, with fractional shares starting at $5 purchased in stablecoins.

The service operates through ADGM-licensed broker Nest Trading and US clearing broker Alpaca Securities.

Tokenized equities are issued as BEP-20 tokens on BNB Chain via BTech Holdings under a Financial Services Regulatory Authority prospectus.

The tokens provide economic exposure to underlying equities but do not grant voting rights or dividends.

According to reported data, 73% of new users originate from emerging markets.

Around 40% of trade sizes are under $100, while 35% of trading volume comes from fractional shares.

Globally, brokerage account ownership remains limited, with only 11% of adults holding such accounts.

Binance’s Head of Spot and Derivatives, Shunyet Jan, indicated that demand has been strongest among younger users and smaller traders in underserved regions.

Technology stocks represent 71% of Bstocks’ equity positions and generate significantly higher trading volumes than other sectors.

Semiconductor stocks alone account for 48% of activity, and Binance projects that platform assets under management could reach $10 billion by the end of 2026.

The broader tokenized real-world asset market has also expanded, reflecting increasing on-chain representation of traditional financial assets.

Anchorage Integration and Institutional Market Structure

Through the Triparty Banking network, institutional clients can now post assets held in custody at Anchorage Digital Bank as collateral for trading on Binance.

Eligible collateral includes crypto assets, US dollar deposits, and tokenized real-world assets.

Anchorage Digital Bank is a federally chartered US crypto bank, and the integration introduces a structure separating custody from trade execution.

Anchorage’s leadership stated that the model enables institutions to access exchange liquidity while maintaining qualified custody arrangements.

Binance has introduced zero-fee institutional Triparty services until December 31, 2026, after which tiered pricing will apply.

The exchange noted that it does not onboard or serve US persons.

The Anchorage agreement is one of several off-exchange settlement integrations announced in the first half of 2026, alongside partnerships involving BitMEX, Bitget, and KuCoin Institutional.

This trend reflects a shift toward custody segregation and market-structure alignment with traditional prime brokerage models.

Anchorage Digital holds regulatory approvals including a Singapore license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and a New York BitLicense.

Regulated custody partnerships are increasingly relevant for institutional participants amid evolving legal frameworks such as the CLARITY Act.
